Shipping, delivery and returns

ORDERS
There is No minimum order, except in the clothes that specified (packs or boxes), so most of the products can be purchased from one unit.

DELIVERY TIME
Every item is indicated to be a delivery delay that it is the common, but can be somewhat variable in certain cases (incidents of transport, holidays, vacation, bridges etc). Orders with personalization (screen printing, embroidery, vinyl, transfer, sublimation, etc...) have a longer period of shipment as indicated on the website. Otherwise, you can always have breaks of stock from our suppliers that result in delays, incidents of which we inform you by e-mail. When the client receives the email from the exit of the goods, you should reach out to the agency within 24/48 hours for shipments to peninsula and 48/96 hours for shipments to other countries of Europe. We recommend that you send us an email if you see that is delayed your order to inform you of your situation.

SHIPPING
Orders are processed once payment is received and the delivery is carried out by different agencies (Ups, GLS, Mail Express, etc...)

PORTS
The ports are indicated in the purchasing process, for each order. Given that we offer different agencies of shipping, the price may vary in function of them and of the province of shipping, but basically they are 5,50€, except Portugal and the Balearic Islands. To Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, must be consulted shipments, given that it is not possible to buy on the web. You can place your order through the customer service serviceclients@combi-pro.com. We ship to all of Europe, France/Belgium/Italy 15€ up to 5 kilos Germany/Luxembourg/Netherlands 20€ up to 5 kilos Austria/Greece 25€ up to 5 kilos Switzerland, 30€ up to 5 kilos All shipments to Spain-Peninsula amount above 79,00€ (VAT not included) are free.

SAMPLES
The samples are considered orders in themselves. Sorry, we do not send out free samples.

AVAILABILITY
Most of the orders are shipped complete. When an order is shipped incomplete by some type of incidence, the garments earrings will be sent after without the cost of postage to the customer.

RECEIPT OF GOODS
The garments or materials should be checked at their reception in terms of References, Sizes and Colour. If the client verifies that the carrier delivers a package with some damage (open, broken, wet, etc...) made on the signature of the delivery note as if it were necessary to open with the carrier any incidence.

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
The customer can request to cancel orders at any time by e-mail, indicating your order number. We will not accept order cancellation, custom screen printing, vinyl, transfer, embroidery or sublimation.

RETURNS
To request the return an order, or part of it, you must send us an email to serviceclients@combi-pro.com indicating the order reference letters or numerical reference in the case of orders requested by budget and your interest in the return. Notifications of returns of merchandise must be made within 14 calendar days of the receipt of the order, in accordance with the law. Outside this period, we will not accept returns, do not hold ourselves accountable of any goods received by the customers who violate this term. Once you have sent of such request, combi-pro.com will give you answer. The costs of the return freight shall be borne by the customer. After email confirmation, you will receive a document that you have to print to put inside the package to return. It is important that we come together with the goods to relate it with the correct client, and to avoid confusion with the fertilizer. The lack of this document may delay the completion of the compost. In all cases, the garments must be received in perfect condition (unused, deterioration or stains, with the original packaging, if any, bags, tags, boxes, without seals or adhesives on the same or on the bags and garments perfectly packed and folded) and we do not accept returns of custom apparel (embroidered, silk-screen printing, etc). In short, in their original packaging in the same condition in which it was received to put it back on sale. If the product is defective source or it does not match requested: In this case ourselves, we will arrange to send you the same item or reference and pick up the defective one.

CHANGES
We do not make changes. The client should proceed to make a refund of the clothes and if you want to make a new order (we recommend placing the order, if it is urgent, before you even proceed with the return).

WARRANTY
If you are contracting as a consumer and user, we offer warranties on the products sold through this website, in the legally established terms for each type of product, responding, therefore, for the lack of conformity of the same, which is manifested in a period of two years from the delivery of the product. It is understood that the products are in accordance with the contract, provided that: (1) conform to the description given by us and possess the qualities that we have presented in this web page, (2) they Are suitable for the uses to which you are ordinarily made of the products of the same type, and (3) Present the quality and performance which are normal in a product of the same type that are reasonably to be expected. In this sense, if any of the products not in conformity with the contract, you must bring it to our knowledge through any media intended for that purpose. Features such as variation in the texture, the color, or the measures will not be considered defects, as well as the progressive deterioration of the garment by its constant use in the different working environments.
