1. APPLICABLE REGULATIONS
The second paragraph of article 22 of the Law 34/2002, of 11 July, on Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce (hereinafter, LSSI-CE), states the following:

The service providers will be able to use storage devices and data recovery in the terminal equipment of the recipients, provided that the same have given their consent after they have been provided with clear and comprehensive information on their use, in particular, on the purposes of the processing of the data, in accordance with the provisions of Organic Law 15/1999, of 13 December, of Protection of Data of a Personal Nature. When technically possible and effective, the consent of the recipient to accept the processing of data may be facilitated by the use of the appropriate parameters of the browser or other applications, provided that he must proceed to its configuration during installation or update through an action express for that purpose. The foregoing shall not prevent the possible storage or access of a technical nature for the sole purpose of carrying out the transmission of a communication by an electronic communications network or, as strictly necessary for the provision of a service of the information society expressly requested by the recipient.
According to the “Guide on the use of cookies”, published by the Spanish Agency of Data Protection (hereinafter, AEPD) in the year 2013, the LSSI-CE is applicable to any type of file or device that is downloaded to the terminal equipment of a user with the purpose of storing data that can be updated and retrieved by the entity responsible for its installation. The cookie is one of those devices widely used so, from now on, we will refer generically to these devices as cookies.
Are exempted from the obligations established in article 22.2 of the LSSI-CE, the cookies used for any of the following purposes:
• Allow only communication between the user computer and the network.
• Strictly provide a service expressly requested by the user.

2. TYPES OF COOKIES ACCORDING TO THEIR PURPOSE
A cookie is a file which is downloaded onto your computer when accessing certain web pages. Cookies allow a web page, among other things, store and retrieve information on the browsing habits of a user or their equipment and, depending on the information they contain and the way in which to use your computer, can be used to recognize to the user.
As stated in the “Guide on the use of cookies” of the AEPD, according to the purpose for which it is to treat the data obtained through cookies, we can distinguish between:

• Analytic Cookies: these Are those that allow the responsible for them, monitoring and analyzing the behavior of users of the websites to which they are linked. The information collected through this type of cookies is used in measuring the activity of web sites, application or platform and for the profiling of user navigation of such sites, applications and platforms, with the aim of introducing improvements based on the analysis of usage data that users make of the service.
• Commercial Cookies: these Are those that allow the management, in the most efficient way possible, of the advertising spaces that, if applicable, the editor has included in a web page, application or platform from which provides the service requested based on criteria as the edited content or the frequency in which the ads are shown.
• Cookies behavioral advertising: Are those that allow the management, in the most efficient way possible, of the advertising spaces that, if applicable, the editor has included in a web page, application or platform from providing the requested service. These cookies store information user behavior obtained through continued observation of their browsing habits, allowing develop a specific profile to show advertising in function of the same.

3. START OF INFORMATION
In compliance with what is established in article 5 of the Organic Law 15/1999, of 13 December, of Protection of Personal Data (hereinafter, LOPD), we inform the express, precise and unequivocal that the information obtained through the cookies that are installed on your computer will be used for the following purposes:

6. THE PRINCIPLE OF SECURITY OF THE DATA
AEH&NBK.S.L. se compromete al cumplimiento de su obligación de secreto respecto de los datos de carácter personal y de su deber de guardarlos y adoptará todas las medidas de índole técnica y organizativa necesarias que garanticen la seguridad de los datos de carácter personal y eviten su alteración, pérdida, tratamiento o acceso no autorizado, habida cuenta del estado de la tecnología, la naturaleza de los datos almacenados y los riesgos a que estén expuestos, ya provengan de la acción humana o del medio físico o natural, desarrolladas en el Título VIII del Real Decreto 1720/2007, de 21 de diciembre, por el que se aprueba el Reglamento de desarrollo de la Ley Orgánica 15/1999, de 13 de diciembre, de Protección de Datos de Carácter Personal.

7. EXERCISE OF RIGHTS
