General terms and conditions of use

DATA PROTECTION
In compliance with Organic Law 15/1999, of 13 December, on Protection of Data of Personal Character, we inform that the personal data provided will be incorporated (or updated) to the files of HAE&NBK.SL, with address, Road Guadalmar 14 , 29004 Malaga Order (Malaga) and with email serviceclients@combi-pro.com. The purpose of the processing of the data will be to manage the data of customers/users who access the contact form on the website of the entity, for the attention of queries, suggestions, and the management of contacts. The personal data requested in this document are mandatory, so that their non-completion will result in the inability of its inclusion in the files described above and to comply with the purposes defined in the previous paragraph. You have the right to access, rectification, cancellation and opposition in the terms established in the Law, which may be exercised by writing to the responsible of the same in the e-Mail address indicated above.

1. PRODUCTS
All of our clothing products of work are new, and are presented in the packing or seal original, in the case of take it. The photographs correspond to the respective suppliers of uniforms we provide, but depending on your monitor settings there may be a colour variation with respect to the reality.

2. PRICES
The displayed prices do not include the VAT in force nor the shipping if applicable. Prices may vary without prior notice. All sales are made with the corresponding purchase invoice that will be sent by e-mail and that the client may be downloaded from your customer area.

3. PURCHASE PROCESS
You browse through our online store and you can add to the cart the items that you want to buy, selecting size and color if needed (most of the time), and entering in each box of the size of the units that you need. Once you have made your selection, choose the way of payment and shipping agency shipping always appear with several options. Before you make the order you must register by filling in a form with their personal data or company necessary for the performance of the invoice, or log in with your password in the case of already to be registered, to complete your order. Once you finish this process you will receive a message to your e-mail address with all the details of your order.

4. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TIMES
All orders of our uniforms are shipped via various transport companies, with the term of delivery variable depending on the various brands of work clothes that sell (for more information, visit the section of "Shipping & returns") or if you are custom apparel. The transit time is usually 24 hours for the territory of the peninsula (except for incidents caused by malfunction of the shipping agency) from the output of the same (you will receive an email confirming the departure of the shipment). Shipments and deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, except on bank holidays.
4.1. SHIPMENTS TO SPAIN (PENINSULA)
Once you leave the goods in our facilities the usual delivery time is 24 hours.
4.2. SHIPMENTS TO THE BALEARIC ISLANDS
The delivery time for the Balearic islands, once it leaves our facilities, it is of 48/72 hours.
4.3. OTHER DESTINATIONS
Do not hesitate to contact us shipping rates and delivery times to all other destinations (Canary islands, Ceuta, Melilla, International). The delivery time depends on the goods which is requested, and may be considered the average period of a week, which can vary depending on various circumstances: customization of apparel (screen printing, embroidery, vinyl, textile), breakage of stock.

5. FORMS OF PAYMENT
5.1. TRANSFER
If you choose as a form of payment prior transfer (or income account) will be provided to our account numbers to make the payment in the checkout process. You can make a wire transfer from your bank or usual box or, if you prefer, make a deposit account in a branch office of BBVA (in some branches can be entered directly in the cashier). Please indicate the order number when making the transfer or deposit. Once payment is received we will begin to process your order and ship to transport when it is completed or, if necessary, in two shipments (only be charged postage on the first shipment in part, in the following). If after 15 days you have not received the payment, the order will be cancelled.
5.2. CREDIT CARD
You can pay with your Visa card, Visa Electron, Maestro and Mastercard are accepted through the secure payment gateway.

6. STATUS OF YOUR ORDER
From the section "My account" will be able to know, at all times, the state that is your order. Click on "My orders" and displays the state in which you are: Pending, in progress, shipped, canceled, etc....

7. DELAYS IN THE SHIPMENTS
If your order is delayed, please do not hesitate to contact us to resolve the problem, preferably by e-mail. Have in mind that we have many references from many vendors, with each reference in different sizes and colors, and that providers can have breaks of stock, or a garment that provided only upon request, etc... Always communicate these issues by e-mail, be attentive to your e-mail.

8. INCIDENTS IN THE TRANSPORT
Please check your order receipt for the same, and if there is some problem (broken box) contact in the delivery note of the carrier. You must communicate any issues before 24 hours.

9. WARRANTY AND RETURNS
Only guarantee the return of our products when they arrive broken or in a poor state to the client, and this report the incident immediately to provide evidence or photographs of break in case of being requested. Although we take the utmost efforts to ensure the precision and accuracy of the content of this website, the features and/or photographs of the products may contain errors or inaccuracies. In case of doubt we recommend that you consult the manufacturer's website.
9.1. WRONG PRODUCT
If the delivered product does not match the one requested in the order you must notify us immediately. Contact us through the contact form on the "Contact" on the top bar and we will process your issue as soon as possible.

10. WITHDRAWAL AND CANCELLATION OF ORDERS (continuation)
