General terms and conditions of use
DATA PROTECTION
In compliance with Organic Law 15/1999, of 13 December, on the Protection of Personal Data, you are informed that the personal data provided will be incorporated (or updated) in the files of AEH&NBK.SL, with address Carretera de Guadalmar 14 , 29004 Malaga de la Orden (Malaga) and email serviceclients@combi-pro.com. The purpose of the processing of the data will be to manage the data of customers/users who access the contact form on the website of the entity, for the attention of queries, suggestions and contact management. The personal data requested in this document are obligatory, so that failure to complete them will make it impossible to include them in the files described above and to comply with the purpose defined in the previous paragraph. You have the right of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition under the terms provided by law, which may be exercised by writing to the person responsible for them at the e-Mail address indicated above.
1. PRODUCTS
All our workwear products are new, and are presented in their original packaging or seal, if present. The photographs correspond to those provided by the respective suppliers of uniforms, but depending on the monitor settings there may be a colour variation with respect to reality.
2. PRICES
Prices shown do not include current VAT and shipping costs if applicable. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. All sales are made with the corresponding purchase invoice which will be sent by email and which the customer can download from their customer area.
3. PURCHASING PROCESS
You browse our online shop and you can add the items you wish to buy to the basket, choosing size and colour if necessary (most of the time) and entering the units you need in each size box. Once you have made your selection of items, you will choose the method of payment and shipping agency whenever several options appear. Before placing the order, you must register by filling in a form with your personal or company details required for the invoice, or log in with your password if you are already registered, to finalise your order. Once this process has been completed, you will receive a message to your e-mail address with all the details of your order.
4. SHIPMENTS AND DELIVERY TIMES
All orders of our uniforms are shipped through different transport companies, being the delivery time variable depending on the different brands of workwear that we sell (for more information, visit the "Shipping and returns" section) or if they are customised garments. The transit time is usually 24 hours for the peninsular territory (except for incidents caused by malfunctions of the transport agency) from the departure of the shipment (you will receive an email confirming the departure of the shipment). Shipments and deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, except holidays.
4.1. SHIPMENTS TO SPAIN (PENINSULA)
Once the goods have left our premises, the usual delivery time is 24 hours.
4.2. SHIPMENTS TO THE BALEARIC ISLANDS
The delivery time for the Balearic Islands, once it leaves our facilities, is 48/72 hours.
4.3. OTHER DESTINATIONS
Please do not hesitate to contact us for shipping rates and delivery times for any other destination (Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, International). The delivery time depends on the merchandise requested. The average delivery time is considered to be one week, and may vary depending on various circumstances: personalisation of garments (screen printing, embroidery, textile vinyl), stock shortages.
5. PAYMENT METHODS
5.1. TRANSFER
If you choose to pay by bank transfer (or direct deposit) you will be given our account numbers for payment during the purchase process. You can make a bank transfer from your usual bank or, if you prefer, make a deposit at a BBVA branch (in some branches you can pay directly at the cashier). Please indicate the order number when making the transfer or deposit. Once payment has been received, we will start to process your order and it will be sent by transport when completed or, if necessary, in two shipments (we will only charge shipping costs for the first partial shipment, not the next one). If payment has not been received within 15 days, the order will be cancelled.
5.2. CREDIT CARD
You can pay with your Visa, Visa Electron, Maestro and Mastercard via the secure payment gateway.
6. STATUS OF YOUR ORDER
From the "My account" section you will be able to know, at any time, the status of your order. Click on "My orders" and it will show you the status of your order: Pending, in preparation, sent, cancelled, etc. ....
7. DELAYS IN SHIPMENTS
If your order is delayed, please do not hesitate to contact us to resolve the incident, preferably by email. Please note that we handle many references from many suppliers, with each reference in different sizes and colours, and that suppliers may have stock-outs, or garments that are only supplied on request, etc... We always communicate these incidents by email, so please keep an eye on your email.
8. TRANSPORT INCIDENTS
Please check your order upon receipt, and if there is any incident (box breakage) please report it on the carrier's delivery note. Any incident must be reported within 24 hours.
9. WARRANTY AND RETURNS
We will only guarantee the return of our products when they arrive broken or in poor condition to the customer, who must notify the incident immediately providing evidence or photographs of the breakage if requested. Although we make every effort to ensure the accuracy and precision of the content of this website, the characteristics and/or photographs of the products may contain errors or inaccuracies. If in doubt, we recommend that you consult the manufacturer's website.
9.1. WRONG PRODUCT
If the product delivered does not match the product ordered, you must inform us immediately. Contact us through the contact form "Contact" on the top bar and we will deal with your incident as soon as possible.

The customer may cancel an order in writing at any time, except for orders that include embroidery, screen printing or any other type of personalisation. Within the limits established by law, AEH&NBK.SL assumes no liability for the lack of updating and accuracy of the data or information contained in its Internet pages.
