Shipping, delivery times and returns

ORDERS
There is no minimum order, except for the garments specified (packs or boxes), so most of the products can be purchased from one unit.

DELIVERY TIME
A delivery time is indicated on each item, which is the usual delivery time, but may be variable on certain occasions (transport incidents, holidays, bank holidays, long weekends, etc.). Orders with personalisation (screen printing, embroidery, vinyl, transfer, sublimation, etc...) have a longer delivery time as indicated on the website. Otherwise, there may always be stock shortages on the part of our suppliers that cause delays, incidents of which we will inform you by email. When the customer receives the email of the departure of the goods, it should arrive by agency in 24/48 hours for peninsular shipments and 48/96 hours for shipments to other European countries. We recommend that you send us an email if you see that your order is delayed so that we can inform you of the situation.

SHIPPING
Orders are processed once payment has been received and shipments are made by different agencies (Ups, GLS, Correos Express, etc...).

PORTES
The shipping costs are those indicated in the purchase process, for each order. Since we offer different shipping agencies, the price may vary depending on them and the province of shipment, but basically they are 5,50€, except for Portugal and Balearic Islands. For the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla you should consult the shipping, since it is not possible to buy on the web. We ship all over Europe France/Belgium/Italy 15€ up to 5 kilos Germany/Luxembourg/Netherlands 20€ up to 5 kilos Austria/Greece 25€ up to 5 kilos Switzerland 30€ up to 5 kilos All shipments to Spain-Peninsula for an amount over 79,00€ (VAT not included) are free of charge.

SAMPLES
Samples are considered orders in themselves. Sorry, we do not send free samples.

AVAILABILITY
Most orders are shipped complete. When an order is shipped incomplete due to some kind of incident, the outstanding garments will be shipped at a later date at no extra cost to the customer.

RECEIPT OF GOODS
The garments or materials must be checked upon receipt in terms of references, sizes and colour. If the customer verifies that the carrier delivers a package with any damage (open, broken, wet, etc...), please state this in the signature on the delivery note in case it is necessary to open any incident with the carrier.

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
The customer can request the cancellation of orders at any time by email indicating the order number. Cancellations of orders personalised with screen printing, vinyl, transfer, embroidery or sublimation will not be accepted.

RETURNS
To request the return of an order, or part of it, you must send an email to serviceclients@combi-pro.com indicating the order reference in letters or numerical reference in the case of orders requested by quotation and your interest in the return. Notifications of returned goods must be made within 14 calendar days of receipt of the order, in accordance with the law. Outside this period, returns will not be accepted, and we will not be held responsible for any goods received by customers who fail to meet this deadline. Once this request has been sent, combi-pro.com Once the request has been sent, combi-pro.com will reply. The cost of return postage will be borne by the customer. After confirmation via email, you will receive a document that you must print out and put inside the package to be returned. It is important that it arrives with the goods in order to relate it to the correct customer and avoid confusion with the credit note. The lack of this document may delay the completion of the credit note. In all cases, the garments must be received in perfect condition (without use, deterioration or stains, with their original packaging if they have it, bags, labels, boxes, without seals or stickers on them or on the garment bags and perfectly packed and folded) and we do not accept the return of personalised garments (embroidered, screen-printed, etc.). In short, in its original packaging in the same conditions in which it was received in order to put it back on sale. If the product arrives defective or does not correspond to what was ordered: In this case we will send you the same article or reference and pick up the defective one.

CHANGES
We do not make exchanges. The customer must proceed to return the garments and, if desired, place a new order (we recommend placing the order, if urgent, even before proceeding to the return).

GUARANTEE
If you contract as a consumer and user, we offer guarantees on the products that we market through this website, in the terms legally established for each type of product, responding, therefore, for the lack of conformity of the same that is manifested within a period of two years from delivery of the product. It is understood that the products are in conformity with the contract provided that: (1) They conform to the description made by us and possess the qualities that we have presented on this website, (2) They are suitable for the uses for which products of the same type are normally intended and (3) They present the usual quality and performance of a product of the same type that are reasonably expected. In this sense, if any of the products do not conform to the contract, you must inform us by any of the means of communication provided for this purpose. Characteristics such as variations in texture, colour or measurements will not be considered defects or faults, nor will the progressive deterioration of the garment due to its constant use in different working environments.
